Lotus Speech practitioners meet regularly for group practice of the Namchoe Amitabha sadhana. The next Amitabha Practice date will be on:

Regular Nyang Troma Practice

Lotus Speech practitioners meet regularly for group practice of the Nyang Troma sadhana and tsok,  on a weekend close to the Tibetan 25th of each month.The next Nyang Troma (for initiates only) practice date:

Saturday 23rd February 2019 at 3.00 pm

Please bring a small offering for tsok, mala, vajra and bell. Practice texts will be available at the venue.
